Designed for energy-intensive industries, the system enables automated, real-time switching between gas and electric heating based on availability, pricing, and operational needs. This flexibility reduces dependence on a single fuel source while supporting gradual decarbonisation without disrupting production.
The Hybrid Heating Solution integrates easily with existing plant infrastructure and can deliver up to 30% electric heating capacity at any given time. In addition to fuel flexibility, the platform includes predictive diagnostics and remote monitoring features, giving operators deeper insight into system performance and maintenance needs. The solution is suited for a range of sectors, including automotive manufacturing, building materials, and food and beverage processing.
By optimising heating loads and allowing increased use of electricity—including power generated from renewable sources—the system supports manufacturers in lowering emissions without compromising throughput or reliability. Facilities equipped with on-site wind, solar, or battery storage can further reduce their carbon footprint by prioritising clean energy for heating applications.
The Hybrid Heating Solution is already commercially available and is being deployed across multiple manufacturing segments following successful pilot programs.
