Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a prominent provider of digital customer experience, business process management, and digital media services, has inaugurated a new intelligent experience center in Manila, Philippines. This new facility enhances HGS’s ability to deliver advanced technology-driven solutions while offering a modern and collaborative workspace for its employees.

As part of its ongoing commitment to the region, HGS plans to create over 1,000 new jobs in the next two years, focusing on business services and digital transformation roles. Situated in Manila’s key business district, the center brings together HGS teams from across the city into one purpose-built location. The design emphasizes flexible workspaces to support evolving business needs and new operational models, enabling improved teamwork and higher value delivery for clients.

Giridhar GV, CEO – APAC and Global CHRO at HGS, commented, “The Philippines has played a crucial role in HGS’s growth for more than 20 years. This new center reflects our dedication to the region and represents the blend of human expertise, artificial intelligence, and empathetic innovation. Our goal is to create seamless and personalized experiences that resonate deeply with our clients and their customers.”

Earlier this year, HGS signed a Letter of Intent with the Philippine government to significantly expand its local presence. The new hub has an initial seating capacity of 1,500 and can support up to 3,000 employees across two shifts, ensuring high-quality service for its clients. With this addition, HGS now operates two facilities in Manila and four throughout the Philippines.

Globally, HGS is recognized for its expertise in optimizing customer experience lifecycles, digital transformation, and back-office operations. The company combines automation, analytics, and AI with deep industry knowledge to support digital customer service, contact centers, and human resource outsourcing. HGS’s digital media arm, NXTDIGITAL, is a leading integrated digital platform provider in India, serving millions of customers through satellite, cable, and broadband networks.

As a part of the Hinduja Group, a multi-billion-dollar conglomerate, HGS embraces a “globally local” strategy. With over 18,000 employees across nine countries and 33 delivery centers, HGS continues to make an impact for leading global brands across various industries. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, the company reported a total income of Rs. 4,958.8 crore (approximately US$ 586.1 million).
