Hexaware Technologies, a global provider of IT and business process services, has achieved a score of 83 out of 100 in the latest S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), placing it in the 97th percentile within its industry. This positions Hexaware well above the industry average score of 34, reflecting its strong performance in key areas of environmental, social, governance, and economic sustainability.
The CSA is a widely respected benchmark that evaluates companies on how effectively they manage sustainability-related risks and opportunities. It combines company-submitted data with publicly available information and applies a double materiality approach, assessing both financial and societal impacts.
Hexaware’s top-performing areas included Human Capital Management, Climate Strategy, and Corporate Governance. The Social pillar contributed the most to its overall score, followed by Governance and Economic factors, with Environmental performance also contributing meaningfully. The company reported 97% data coverage across required and voluntary disclosures, with no recorded controversies impacting its rating.
R. Srikrishna, CEO & Executive Director, commented “An 83 on this scale reflects discipline and consistent effort across the board. We approach sustainability as an extension of how we run our business—with clear goals, execution, and accountability. This result speaks to that mindset.”
Uma Thomas, Chief Risk Officer, added “Sustainability is built into our governance, risk management, and operations. From workforce development to climate planning, our teams embed ESG principles into daily decisions. Transparent reporting is a core part of how we measure and improve.”
The CSA percentile ranking reflects data as of September 15, 2025, and may be updated as more companies’ scores are released. Hexaware’s strong standing highlights its continued focus on embedding sustainability into its strategy, operations, and corporate culture.
