GODET Group has deployed Centric PXM to centralize and manage its extensive technical product data, strengthening operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience across digital and distribution channels. Announced by Centric Software, the implementation marks a major step in GODET Group’s digital transformation journey as the French industrial equipment specialist looks to optimize the management of more than 33,000 technical product references.

Founded in 1938, GODET Group manufactures and distributes equipment solutions for lifting, pulling, securing, handling, and working at height. The company serves industrial sectors that demand highly detailed technical specifications, product reliability, and compliance. As the business expanded across markets and channels, the need for a unified and structured product information system became increasingly important.

To address these challenges, the company selected Centric PXM, a platform that combines Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, content syndication, and digital shelf analytics into a single ecosystem. The integrated platform enables GODET Group to centralize, enrich, manage, and distribute product information efficiently across internal systems, partner networks, e-commerce platforms, and customer-facing channels.

According to Soumaya Dridi, System & Data Manager at GODET Group, the deployment represents a significant milestone in strengthening the company’s operational foundation. She stated that the new system provides a reliable and structured data environment that supports business growth while helping deliver the digital experience expected by customers and partners.

The implementation also involved designing a scalable and robust data architecture capable of handling the technical complexity of the company’s catalog. The new framework improves product information governance and allows teams to manage technical attributes, documentation, and digital assets more effectively.

The project is being executed in collaboration with Numendo, a specialist in product data structuring and governance. Consultants from Numendo worked closely with GODET Group teams to build an evolving data model aligned with the hierarchy and technical depth of the catalog.

In addition, Centric PXM’s ActiveJobs automation functionality is helping streamline repetitive processes, improving efficiency for product and data management teams. Numendo’s Data Consultant, Charbel C., noted that the complexity of the project stemmed from the diversity of technical attributes and multiple information sources. He added that automation now enables teams to focus more on data quality and strategic content management.

Fabrice Canonge, CEO of Centric Software, said the project demonstrates how industrial and technical companies can transform complex product information into a strategic business asset that supports sustainable digital growth and stronger customer engagement.

Centric PXM™ unifies product information management, digital asset management, content syndication, and digital shelf analytics to elevate brand experiences, expand sales channels, and drive margins. Collectively, Centric Software’s market-driven solutions are known for high user adoption, strong customer satisfaction, rapid time to value, and multiple industry awards and recognitions.
