Gensol Engineering Limited announced that it has secured two significant EPC contracts. The first contract is for a 250 MWac/350 MWdc ISTS solar power project in Rajasthan, showcasing Gensol’s emerging leadership in the industry and its support for India’s sustainable energy transition.
Founded in 2012, Gensol Engineering Limited leads the Gensol group, excelling in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, particularly in the solar power sector. With expertise in both ground-mounted and rooftop solar installations, Gensol has successfully deployed over 600 MW of solar power capacity.
Expanding its horizons, Gensol has also inaugurated an electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing plant in Pune, India. Additionally, the company has secured a contract for a 50MWac/72.5MWdc solar power project in Maharashtra, marking another milestone in its journey to becoming a key player in the solar energy domain.
Securing contracts valued at Rs 337,70,00,000, inclusive of taxes, marks a noteworthy achievement for Gensol, underscoring its growth and strategic market positioning. These projects involve providing design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning services, with modules being provided as free-issue items.
