GEMÜ Group has achieved certification for several butterfly valve series in accordance with DIN EN 13774 and DVGW-CERT ZP4110 standards. Testing conducted by DVGW confirms the valves’ suitability for use with gaseous hydrogen.
Certified models include the GEMÜ R480, R481, R487, R488 Victoria, as well as the R470, R471, R477, and R478 Tugela series. The approval covers all body variants and pressure ratings, enabling deployment across a broad range of hydrogen-related applications.
These valves are suitable for electrolysis systems, fuel cell installations, power-to-liquid plants, and hydrogen distribution networks. They also support auxiliary processes such as cooling water and gas treatment systems. Designed for compact installation, fast switching, and compatibility with multiple media, the certified valves provide reliable isolation and control in hydrogen environments.
