Force Motors Limited, India’s largest van manufacturer, closed the 2025 calendar year with strong growth in domestic sales, reflecting steady demand across its key vehicle segments. The company reported domestic wholesales of 2,952 units in December 2025, a rise of 49 percent compared to 1,985 units sold in December 2024. The December performance capped a consistent upward trend seen through the year.
Sales momentum remained robust during the third quarter of the financial year, with domestic wholesales increasing by 47 percent to 8,427 units, compared to 5,723 units in the same quarter last year. For the April to December 2025 period, Force Motors recorded domestic volumes of more than 24,920 units, registering a 25 percent increase over the corresponding period of the previous year.
Commenting on the performance, Prasan Firodia, Managing Director, Force Motors Limited, said the company delivered another solid month in December, with encouraging results across its core vehicle platforms. He noted that the tour and travel segment has begun to show signs of recovery, supported by higher intercity movement and renewed fleet expansion by operators. School transport demand remained stable through the holiday season, indicating continued confidence among institutional customers as the company moves into the new year.
He added that sustained demand for Urbania across metropolitan and emerging markets, along with the strong position of the Traveller range, reflects the trust customers place in Force Motors’ products. These trends, he said, provide a stable base for the company as it enters 2026.
