EPL Limited, a global packaging solutions company, reported a strong performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with revenue rising 25.3% year-on-year, its highest quarterly top-line growth to date. The company recorded its fifth consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue growth despite global volatility and pricing pressures.

Growth was broad-based, with all regions reporting double-digit increases. On an underlying basis, excluding the impact of higher raw material prices passed through to customers, revenue growth stood at 20%. EPL’s Beauty & Cosmetics and Oral Care businesses grew 23.6% and 23.9%, respectively. Personal Care & Beyond increased 25.1% and accounted for 54% of the company’s total portfolio during the quarter.

EBITDA increased 15.2% year-on-year, marking the company’s 15th consecutive quarter of double-digit EBITDA growth. Reported EBITDA margin stood at 18.8%, while the underlying margin was 19.6%. The company said it successfully recovered higher input costs through pricing measures across its markets. Profit before tax (PBT) rose 10% year-on-year, while profit after tax (PAT) declined 1.4% in the quarter. EPL said the PAT movement was mainly due to a lower effective tax rate in the corresponding period last year, with the tax rate expected to normalise over the full year.

Hemant Bakshi, Managing Director and Global CEO, EPL Limited, said the company’s record revenue growth reflected the strength of its business and customer relationships. He said EPL maintained its focus on customer service, implemented pricing measures to offset cost increases and continued investments in its strategic priorities.

Regionally, EAP recorded the strongest growth at 34.3%, followed by the Americas at 29.4%, Europe at 20.2%, India at 19.9% and AMESA at 17%. Sustainable tube formats accounted for 44% of total sales during the quarter. EPL also received an EcoVadis Platinum rating, placing it among the top 1% of companies globally for ESG performance and making it the only Indian packaging company to receive the recognition.

The company was also ranked 70th among India’s Best Companies to Work for 2026. EPL received industry recognition through the ETMA Tube of the Year Award, FIPSA Awards for Responsible Packaging and the IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award for Performance Excellence.

EPL is also progressing with its proposed merger with Indovida. The transaction is expected to create a business with revenue of around $1 billion and a combined valuation of approximately $2 billion, subject to regulatory approvals. EPL has received clearance from the Competition Commission of India and antitrust approvals in eight countries. Based on its recent performance and market conditions, EPL has raised its revenue growth guidance to the high-teens for the next few quarters while maintaining its underlying EBITDA margin target at 20%.

EPL operates 21 facilities across 11 countries and serves more than 1,200 customers globally. The company produces over nine billion tubes annually for customers across oral care, beauty and cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and health, food and nutrition, and home care.
