The new facility builds on ELGi’s long-term technology licensing partnership with DVP Vacuum Technology SpA, Italy, under which ELGi manufactures, assembles, tests, and markets DVP’s vacuum products in India.

Designed in line with ELGi’s Total Quality Management (TQM) framework—recognized by the prestigious Deming Prize—the assembly line provides end-to-end control over manufacturing quality and reliability. Products assembled at the facility are supported by a two-year warranty.

He added that combining proven European vacuum technology with ELGi’s manufacturing discipline and service network positions the company to serve both domestic and international markets.
