Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL), a diversified infrastructure company, reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹8,984 crore for FY26, along with EBITDA of ₹1,766 crore and profit after tax (PAT) of ₹1,398 crore. The company announced its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.

On a standalone basis, revenue from operations stood at ₹7,005 crore, while EBITDA was ₹734 crore with a margin of 10.48%. Standalone PAT stood at ₹842 crore for FY26. For the fourth quarter, consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹2,300 crore, while EBITDA was ₹392 crore, translating into an EBITDA margin of 17.06%. Consolidated PAT for Q4FY26 stood at ₹124 crore. On a standalone basis, Q4 revenue was ₹1,860 crore, EBITDA stood at ₹199 crore and PAT was ₹67 crore.

DBL ended FY26 with an all-time-high order book of ₹28,830 crore, providing visibility across its diversified infrastructure portfolio. The company has expanded beyond its traditional engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) business into mining, infrastructure assets and other long-duration contracted businesses.

During FY26, revenue from the EPC business stood at ₹7,005 crore, while the mining business contributed ₹1,692 crore. Income from Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs) stood at ₹64 crore. The company said its strategic transition under “DBL 2.0” is aimed at creating a diversified infrastructure platform with greater revenue visibility, recurring cash flows and a stronger mix of long-term contracted assets.

Dilip Suryavanshi, Chairman and Managing Director, Dilip Buildcon Limited, said the company has navigated several industry and economic cycles over the past three decades. He added that DBL 2.0 is focused on building a portfolio where a larger share of profitability comes from contracted assets with long operating lives.

Devendra Jain, CEO, said Q4 performance remained in line with expectations despite slower order awarding activity across the sector. Elevated input costs and lower asset utilisation affected margins during the quarter, while the company continued to strengthen its order book and expand its presence in mining and infrastructure assets.

DBL also plans to strengthen mining operations as a key cash-flow driver, selectively expand its PPP and InvIT portfolio, maintain capital expenditure discipline and work towards becoming nearly net debt-free over the medium term. Consolidated net debt stood at ₹7,244 crore as of March 31, 2026.

Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) is an India-based engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company with a strong presence in infrastructure development.
