DCW Limited has successfully implemented the Brabo Platform developed by Solulever at its Dhrangadhra facility in Gujarat, marking a significant advancement in its digital transformation and operational intelligence journey. The deployment introduces an AI-native, data-driven approach to monitoring and optimizing critical industrial equipment.
By leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning, the platform enables real-time visibility into asset performance, early detection of anomalies, and contextual diagnostics. This shift allows DCW to move from reactive maintenance practices to predictive, insight-led operations.
Since the initial rollout, the implementation has already delivered more than a 2 percent improvement in operational efficiency. These gains have translated into measurable cost savings through optimized energy consumption and better resource utilization. The platform also supports faster fault detection, reduces process inefficiencies, and enhances day-to-day decision-making across plant operations.
Bhagwat Patil, Chief Technology Officer at DCW Limited, said the deployment has significantly improved visibility into equipment performance. He noted that the ability to access real-time insights has enabled teams to act with greater precision, transitioning from manual assessments to data-backed decision-making.
The Brabo Platform’s modular edge-to-cloud architecture allows seamless integration with existing systems, enabling the unification and contextualization of industrial data without disrupting ongoing operations. This flexibility ensures that digital transformation initiatives can be scaled efficiently across facilities.
Akash Deep Sharma, Chief Executive Officer of Solulever, described the project as a strong example of scalable industrial innovation. He emphasized that the collaboration demonstrates how advanced technologies can deliver tangible business outcomes while supporting long-term transformation goals.
The successful deployment establishes a foundation for expanding the platform’s capabilities across other DCW sites. Both companies are exploring opportunities to replicate the model, further strengthening operational intelligence and sustainability performance at scale.
