DCM Shriram Ltd has announced that its subsidiary, Shriram Polytech Ltd, has entered into a joint venture with Teknor Apex BV, a subsidiary of Teknor Apex Company. The new entity will operate under the brand name “PolyTek.”
This strategic partnership aims to strengthen DCM Shriram’s position in advanced polymer compounds while expanding its global collaborations in high-growth industrial sectors. By combining Shriram Polytech’s strong domestic manufacturing capabilities in vinyl compounds with Teknor Apex’s global formulation expertise, the joint venture will deliver high-performance and technically advanced polymer solutions for a wide range of applications.
India’s rapid growth as a manufacturing and consumption hub provides a strong foundation for innovation-driven expansion in specialty materials.
