Dalmia Bharat Limited (BSE: 542216; NSE: DALBHARAT) reported 4% year-on-year revenue growth for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, supported by higher sales volumes and improved realisations. The company also reported its consolidated financial results for the first half of FY2026-27.

Puneet Dalmia, Managing Director and CEO of Dalmia Bharat Limited, said cement demand recorded healthy growth during the quarter, supported by sustained public spending and economic activity. He said the company’s capacity expansion plans remained on track and integration of its Central India assets was progressing. Mr Dalmia said the company would continue to focus on operational performance, disciplined execution and financial management to support its long-term growth plans.

Yatin Malhotra, Chief Financial Officer of Dalmia Bharat Limited, said demand challenges in some key markets and higher costs affected EBITDA during the quarter. Mr Malhotra said the company would maintain financial discipline, with a focus on prudent capital allocation and execution of its growth plans.

The company announced that trial runs began in October at its 3.6 million tonnes per annum (MnTPA) Belgaum clinker unit. The associated 3 MnTPA cement mill is expected to enter trial runs shortly. Other capacity expansion projects are progressing according to schedule. Dalmia Bharat also declared an interim dividend of ₹4 per share, in line with its capital allocation framework.

During the quarter, six of the company’s units received recognition at the 27th National Award for Excellence in Energy Management. The awards covered categories including National Energy Leader, Excellent Energy Efficient Unit and Most Useful Presentation.
