The ceremony, held on August 2, marked the first onsite event after three years of pandemic-induced virtual presentations. The historic Herzogssaal in Regensburg was adorned with an atmosphere of appreciation as 55 international participants came together to acknowledge the outstanding contributions of these valued business partners.

The year 2022 saw a remarkable accomplishment with a total of 145.5 billion components delivered across 78 Continental locations worldwide. This significant achievement highlighted the commitment and dedication of the suppliers in supporting Continental’s mission of sustainable and connected mobility.
The “Supplier of the Year” awards recognize suppliers’ excellence across various categories, including engagement, quality, supply, and purchasing conditions. This year, nine suppliers were lauded with the esteemed title for their exemplary performance, making a profound impact on Continental’s success. Among the recipients, Renesas was honored with the “Special Quality Award” for their benchmark performance in 2022. This accolade highlighted their exceptional dedication to delivering high-quality solutions and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
