Clark Material Handling Company has introduced a completely new generation of electric low-lift pallet trucks featuring advanced lithium-ion technology, expanding its intralogistics portfolio with solutions designed for warehouse operations, retail environments and industrial material handling applications. The new product line, unveiled at LogiMAT 2026, includes five models — ELP15, BPT15, WLE20, WEP20 and RPE20 — with load capacities ranging from 1,500 kg to 2,000 kg. The range includes both walk-behind and ride-on variants developed to support diverse material handling requirements, from compact retail spaces to large-scale warehouse logistics operations.

The new pallet trucks have been engineered with a focus on compact dimensions, high maneuverability, ergonomic operation and low-maintenance electric drive systems. Four of the five models are equipped with maintenance-free lithium-ion battery technology, enabling flexible opportunity charging during work shifts while eliminating traditional battery servicing requirements such as water refilling.

Clark stated that the combination of lightweight construction, compact chassis design and strong climbing capability allows the trucks to operate efficiently in narrow aisles, loading zones and confined warehouse environments. Several models are also suitable for truck-mounted applications where space optimization and mobility are critical.

The ELP15 model has been developed as a compact walk-behind solution for short-distance transport tasks in warehouses, retail stores and production facilities. The unit features a narrow frame and tight turning radius to support operations in restricted spaces. The BPT15 model, equipped with GEL battery technology, has been positioned as an economical entry-level solution for light-duty applications requiring simple and reliable material movement.

For heavier industrial applications, the WLE20 offers a 2,000 kg load capacity with enhanced maneuverability and stable load distribution. The model incorporates side support rollers and precision steering systems to improve handling on ramps and uneven surfaces.

Clark has also introduced the WEP20 as a premium walk-behind pallet truck designed for demanding warehouse and production environments. The model features a large-capacity lithium-ion battery, integrated color display, USB charging port and additional operator comfort enhancements intended to improve usability during extended operating shifts.

The RPE20 ride-on model has been developed for medium and long-distance transport applications. Featuring a foldable driver platform, power steering and high-speed operation capabilities, the truck is intended to support high-throughput logistics environments where operator comfort and productivity are essential.

According to the company, all models in the new series can be configured with multiple optional features including warning systems, fork variations, PIN-code activation and load protection equipment. The modular design and easy access to key components are expected to reduce maintenance costs and simplify servicing requirements. Clark stated that the new pallet truck series reflects growing industry demand for energy-efficient, ergonomic and adaptable intralogistics solutions capable of supporting modern warehouse operations and evolving supply chain requirements.
