Calcom Vision Limited (BSE: 517236), one of India’s leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODM) specialising in energy-efficient electronics and consumer durables, has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025. The company recorded its highest-ever quarterly revenue in Q3 FY26, with revenue from operations reaching ₹55.1 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 23.4 percent compared with ₹44.7 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The increase in revenue was supported by steady demand, an improving product mix and focused operational execution.
Operating expenses have risen gradually over the past few quarters, primarily due to expansion-driven initiatives. These include higher power and fuel costs associated with the installation of new assembly lines, backward integration efforts and increased marketing and promotional expenditure. Elevated raw material prices during the quarter also impacted overall profitability. The company is actively engaging with customers to address cost escalation and improve realisations.
For the nine months ended 31 December 2025, total revenue stood at ₹150.3 crore, representing a year-on-year growth of 54.9 percent and marking the highest nine-month revenue in the company’s history. EBITDA for the period was ₹9.6 crore, up 33.9 percent compared with the previous year, with an EBITDA margin of 6.4 percent. Profit After Tax for the nine-month period stood at ₹1.7 crore.
Commenting on the performance, Sushil Kumar Malik, Chairman and Managing Director, stated that the company’s revenue momentum reflects consistent demand and strengthening capabilities across its core segments. He added that while short-term cost pressures have affected margins, the company remains focused on operational efficiency and long-term value creation.
Calcom continues to scale its Professional and Industrial Lighting segments, with LED bulbs and battens contributing significantly to revenue during the current year. The company is also expanding into newer product categories such as solar lighting, streetlights and flood lights, while strengthening its EMS capabilities. During the quarter, a new customer was onboarded, reinforcing the company’s efforts to broaden its business base.
The company remains committed to expanding its ODM portfolio across a wide range of lighting products and enhancing its manufacturing infrastructure to support new EMS projects in consumer durables and electronics. Management believes that initiatives aimed at increasing its presence in higher-value segments will improve scale, enhance returns and build long-term capabilities.
Founded in 1976 with a strong focus on research and development, Calcom operates as a fully integrated lighting manufacturer from its state-of-the-art 30,000 square meter facility in Greater Noida, Delhi NCR.
