Blue Dart, a leading name in express logistics and distribution, has officially opened its largest Green Integrated Ground Hub in Pataudi, Haryana. Designed to streamline operations and support sustainable growth, the facility brings together key logistics functions under one roof, reinforcing Blue Dart’s commitment to faster deliveries, environmental responsibility, and scalable infrastructure.
Located just 50 km from Delhi International Airport, the Pataudi hub is strategically positioned to serve as a logistics nerve center for North India. With direct access to major national highways and the Delhi-NCR region, the hub optimizes distribution efficiency—reducing vehicle movement by 30% and improving throughput by 10%. The site spans 50,558 sq meters and integrates e-commerce, ground, and domestic express services, all supported by automation technologies including motorized conveyors and an auto sorter system capable of processing 200,000 shipments daily and managing 2,283 tons per day.

The facility is equipped with green energy solutions, including a 600 KVA rooftop solar installation, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and natural skylighting to minimize energy use. By consolidating operations and limiting unnecessary transport, the hub contributes meaningfully to Blue Dart’s net-zero emissions goal for 2050.
With a growing network covering over 19,000 pin codes, a fleet of eight dedicated freighters, and 250+ ground routes, the Pataudi hub marks a major milestone in Blue Dart’s infrastructure expansion.
