Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BSE: 539607) announced that its United States subsidiary, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd – USA (BCSSL-USA), has entered into a five-year Master Services Agreement (MSA) with SpaceX International Ltd, MY, strengthening the Company’s global expansion in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital transformation market. The agreement follows successful discussions between the two organizations and establishes a long-term framework for delivering advanced AI-enabled technology solutions. Under the MSA, BCSSL-USA may provide a wide range of AI services, including AI infrastructure, cloud-native AI platforms, enterprise AI solutions, AI consulting, AI integration, AI operations, and related digital transformation services.
The partnership enables BCSSL-USA to support enterprise technology transformation initiatives through scalable and secure AI solutions. Specific projects, implementation plans, and commercial engagements will be undertaken through mutually agreed Statements of Work in accordance with the terms of the Master Services Agreement.
Due to confidentiality obligations between the parties, Blue Cloud Softech has not disclosed detailed commercial terms, pricing structures, customer-specific operational information, or other confidential provisions of the agreement. The Company will continue to provide updates as required under applicable regulatory guidelines.
