Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL), an AI-first technology company listed on BSE and NSE, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kasten Development Ltd Ghana, to explore strategic business collaboration and expand its market presence in Ghana and other mutually agreed territories. The proposed association is aimed at strengthening BCSSL’s international business development network and creating opportunities to expand the reach of its artificial intelligence platforms, software products and technology solutions in emerging markets. Ghana will serve as the initial market for the collaboration, with the possibility of extending the partnership to other territories through mutual agreement.

Under the proposed framework, Kasten Development will support BCSSL in identifying and developing business opportunities, lead generation, sales, marketing, customer engagement and implementation-related activities in Ghana. Leveraging its local market presence and business network, Kasten will facilitate customer introductions, establish relationships with enterprises and business partners, and promote BCSSL’s technology portfolio.

A key element of the proposed collaboration is Kasten’s intention to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Ghana. The facility is envisaged as a platform to demonstrate and showcase BCSSL’s products, platforms and technology solutions to prospective customers and business partners. It will also support product awareness, technology demonstrations, customer interactions and the evaluation of potential business opportunities.

BCSSL will provide product-related technical guidance, training, pre-sales assistance, product demonstrations and marketing resources to strengthen Kasten’s capabilities. Kasten will facilitate local business development operations, customer introductions, implementation support and logistical arrangements for BCSSL personnel deployed in Ghana, as mutually agreed. The collaboration will explore opportunities across artificial intelligence, enterprise technology, software solutions, digital transformation, healthcare technology and telecommunications.

Commenting on the development, Chandrashekar Mudraganam, Chief Executive Officer of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, said, “We are pleased to enter into this strategic understanding with Kasten Development Ltd as we continue to explore opportunities for expanding our international business footprint. We see considerable potential in strengthening our engagement with emerging markets through local partnerships and business development networks.
