BIDSO, a design-driven manufacturing platform focused on toys and consumer products, has secured ₹63 crore in a Series A funding round led by Blume Ventures. The round includes ₹51 crore in equity and ₹12 crore in venture debt, with continued participation from existing investors Peer Capital and Sadev Capital. Venture debt financing has been provided by Alteria Capital.

The latest funding marks a significant step in BIDSO’s growth journey, following earlier investment rounds in 2023 and 2025. The capital will be used to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen product design and engineering capabilities, and scale operations across both domestic and international markets.

BIDSO operates with a model that integrates product design, licensing and manufacturing, enabling brands to move from concept to production with greater speed and efficiency. The company’s approach addresses long-standing challenges in the manufacturing ecosystem by creating a more agile and interconnected supply chain.

Over the past year, BIDSO has seen strong growth in global partnerships with leading toy brands. It has also expanded its licensed portfolio by working with globally recognized franchises, allowing it to develop products that align with current market trends and consumer preferences. This strategy has contributed to a significant increase in revenue and strengthened its position as a strategic partner rather than a traditional contract manufacturer.

The company plans to further invest in talent across design, production and sales functions to support its expansion. It also aims to broaden its product portfolio and deepen its presence in international markets as global supply chains continue to diversify.

Industry trends such as the shift toward alternative manufacturing hubs have created new opportunities for Indian manufacturers. BIDSO is positioning itself to capture this demand by offering end-to-end capabilities that combine creativity, engineering and scalable production.

Looking ahead, the company intends to extend its platform beyond toys into adjacent consumer product categories, leveraging its integrated capabilities to address a larger global market. With growing demand for design-led manufacturing solutions, BIDSO aims to play a key role in strengthening India’s position in the global consumer goods supply chain.
