The company has secured its first commercial purchase order for the supply of precision-engineered aerospace components from US-based Alpha Aircraft Systems Inc, marking a significant step in its diversification into advanced manufacturing segments.

The company also confirmed that it received the advance payment for the project on May 25, 2026, enabling the commencement of development and production activities.

Founded by Prehlad Singh Chandock, Balu Forge Industries has established itself as a leading player in the precision engineering space, catering to industries such as automotive, industrial machinery, earthmoving equipment, wind energy, defence, oil and gas, railways, marine, and agriculture. The company manufactures forged and machined components ranging from 1 kg to 1,500 kg and up to three metres in length.
Its manufacturing operations are based at a 46-acre integrated facility in Belgaum, Karnataka, equipped with advanced forging presses, hydraulic hammers, CNC machining centres, metallurgical laboratories, and in-house tooling capabilities.
