Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (ASMS), formerly known as Bartronics India Limited, has reported robust financial performance for the year ended March 31, 2026, driven by growth across its financial inclusion, agritech, and healthcare businesses. The company recorded revenue from operations of ₹103.96 crore during FY26, compared with ₹40.04 crore in the previous financial year, representing growth of nearly 160 percent. Profit after tax rose to ₹5.94 crore from ₹1.75 crore in FY25, reflecting an increase of more than 240 percent. The company also achieved a positive net worth during the year, marking a major milestone in its transformation and financial strengthening efforts.

The performance was supported by the expansion of ASMS’ multi-vertical business model, which focuses on Financial Inclusion and Digital Services, Agri Supply Chain and Technologies, and Diagnostics and Healthcare. Strategic partnerships, operational execution, and business diversification contributed significantly to the company’s growth momentum.

FY26 proved to be a landmark year as ASMS continued its transition into a diversified platform business. Among its operating segments, the Agri Supply Chain and Technologies division emerged as the largest contributor to revenue, accounting for approximately 58 percent of total turnover. The strong performance reflects the company’s growing presence across agricultural value chains and the successful scaling of its agritech initiatives.

The Diagnostics and Healthcare segment also recorded progress during the year. ASMS expanded its engagement with Huwel Lifesciences, a Hyderabad-based molecular diagnostics company focused on developing indigenous healthcare technologies and diagnostic solutions. The collaboration is expected to strengthen the company’s position within the rapidly growing healthcare ecosystem.

Commenting on the results, Managing Director Nandaluru Vidhya Sagar Reddy said FY26 marked an important chapter in the company’s growth journey. He noted that crossing the ₹100 crore revenue threshold, delivering strong profitability improvements, and achieving a positive net worth reflect the success of the strategic direction pursued over recent years.

The company has continued to strengthen its footprint in financial inclusion services while building scale in agritech and establishing a foundation for long-term growth in diagnostics and healthcare. Management believes these sectors offer significant opportunities for expansion and value creation.

Looking ahead, ASMS plans to further strengthen its agritech platform, expand healthcare initiatives, and enhance its financial inclusion and digital services offerings. The company also intends to explore strategic opportunities that complement its existing operations and support long-term growth objectives.
