Aramco, a leading global integrated energy and chemicals company, has announced the signing of 17 Memoranda of Understanding and agreements with major companies in the United States, representing a potential value of more than $30 billion. These new commitments build on the 34 agreements announced in May, bringing the total potential value of collaborative opportunities between Aramco and U.S. partners to approximately $120 billion.
The agreements are intended to support Aramco’s long-term strategy by advancing opportunities in areas such as LNG, financial services, advanced materials manufacturing, and procurement of materials and services. The announcement was made during the U.S.–Saudi Investment Forum 2025 in Washington, D.C., reaffirming Aramco’s continued investment in partnerships with U.S. companies — relationships that have existed for more than nine decades.
Amin H Nasser, President and CEO of Aramco, said the new agreements reflect a continuation of progress built on decades of collaboration. “Since the 1930s, U.S. companies have played a defining role in our development, from Saudi Arabia’s first oil production to advancements in gas, downstream operations, digital innovation and skills development,” he said. “The multi-billion-dollar agreements we announce today strengthen that legacy and help drive our next phase of growth. We expect these partnerships to create lasting value while supporting innovation, technology adoption and shared economic opportunity.”
The agreements announced include collaboration on potential investment in the Lake Charles LNG Project with MidOcean Energy, and arrangements with Commonwealth LNG involving supply and project participation linked to a liquefaction facility in Louisiana. Aramco also reinforced procurement and supply relationships with leading U.S. companies across engineering, energy services and manufacturing to support current and future operations. Additionally, the company extended an agreement with Syensqo to explore localized production of carbon fiber and advanced composite materials for industrial use.
With these new commitments, Aramco continues to expand global collaboration, strengthen its supply chain and pursue strategic growth opportunities that align with its long-term energy transition and diversification goals. As one of the world’s leading integrated energy companies, Aramco focuses on producing reliable and sustainable energy resources to meet global demand. Its investments in innovation and technology underscore its role in fostering stability and growth.
