Allcargo Global Limited, the international logistics and supply chain business of the Allcargo Group, reported strong sequential growth in revenue and EBITDA for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The quarter was also the company’s first financial result following its listing on the BSE and NSE on July 3, 2026.
Consolidated revenue stood at ₹3,522 crore in Q1 FY27, an increase of 20.8% from ₹2,915 crore in Q4 FY26. EBITDA rose 94.1% sequentially to ₹33 crore from ₹17 crore in the previous quarter. The company said the performance was supported by higher shipment volumes, improved yields and continued efforts to control costs and improve operational efficiency.
Less-than-container-load (LCL) volumes increased 4.9% sequentially during the quarter. Full-container-load (FCL) volumes grew 1.2%, while air freight volumes increased 4.8% compared with the previous quarter. The improvement in shipment volumes, combined with yield management measures, contributed to the rise in revenue and EBITDA.
The Q1 performance comes as Allcargo Global begins a new phase as an independently listed company following the completion of the Allcargo Group’s restructuring and demerger. The company said the restructuring provides greater strategic focus for its international logistics and supply chain operations and allows it to direct capital and resources towards long-term growth.
Adarsh Hegde, Managing Director, Allcargo Global Limited, said the company’s first quarter as an independently listed entity was an important milestone. He said the business had delivered 20.8% sequential revenue growth despite an uncertain global trade environment.
According to Mr Hegde, changing trade routes, diversified supply chains and increasing use of technology are reshaping the international logistics industry. He said these developments could create new opportunities for companies with global networks, flexible operations and strong execution capabilities.
Allcargo Global is focusing on building a technology-enabled international logistics business supported by its global network and India-linked trade opportunities. The company continues to focus on improving profitability through better yields, cost discipline and operational efficiency.
Allcargo Global operates through more than 200 owned offices across over 60 countries, supported by a wider franchise network. The company has more than three decades of logistics experience and is among the world’s largest LCL consolidators. Its technology platform, ECU360, enables customers to book freight shipments across international trade lanes. The company provides multimodal logistics and supply chain services across markets representing more than 90% of global trade.
