Aeroflex Neu has completed the acquisition of a 51.01% stake in Stilonn Valves and Controls, a manufacturer of stainless steel valves and fittings for industrial and hygienic applications. Following the transaction, Stilonn has become a subsidiary of Aeroflex Neu. The acquisition involved 727,040 equity shares, purchased through a combination of transactions with existing shareholders and subscriptions to newly issued shares. Aeroflex Neu had announced the proposed acquisition on October 15, 2026.
Stilonn manufactures valves and fittings for applications across the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, dairy, biotechnology and other process industries. Its product range includes butterfly valves, ball valves, check valves, balancing valves, air vent valves, sight glasses and sanitary fittings.
The company also supplies valves for liquid-cooling systems used in data centres. These products include isolation, balancing, check and air vent valves for secondary fluid networks, coolant distribution units and associated cooling circuits. Stilonn operates a manufacturing facility in Maharashtra, India.
Aeroflex Neu said the acquisition forms part of its plan to build an integrated platform for high-technology and critical engineering solutions, including products used in artificial intelligence infrastructure and data centre applications. The addition of Stilonn expands Aeroflex Neu’s presence in industrial components and provides access to products used in process industries and liquid-cooling systems. As demand for data centre infrastructure develops, cooling systems are an important part of maintaining operating conditions for computing equipment. Stilonn’s valve portfolio is designed for fluid control within these systems.
Aeroflex Neu, formerly known as Sah Polymers, manufactures and exports polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) woven bags, laminated bags and flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs). The company has more than 25 years of experience in industrial packaging.
The acquisition brings the two businesses under a common corporate structure, with Aeroflex Neu retaining a majority stake in Stilonn. The company has identified artificial intelligence infrastructure and data centre applications as areas for developing its high-technology and engineering solutions platform. Stilonn’s existing products serve a range of industrial fluid-handling requirements, while its data centre cooling valves address applications involving coolant distribution and secondary fluid networks.
