Advik Hi-Tech, a leading provider of precision components and systems for the global automotive industry, has showcased a range of advanced solutions at the Auto Component Expo – Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The company’s offerings include electric pumps, next-generation braking systems, and scalable battery packs designed for both the mobility and energy storage sectors.
Advik’s state-of-the-art electric pumps are designed to improve the efficiency and emissions of electric and hybrid vehicles, as well as retrofit internal combustion engine (ICE) platforms across all vehicle types, from two-wheelers to commercial vehicles. These pumps are a key part of the shift toward sustainable mobility.
Expanding on standard 12V systems, Advik’s 48V ABS braking systems are tailored for electric vehicles and high-performance motorcycles. These systems eliminate the need for a DC/DC converter, simplifying the design and reducing costs, making them ideal for EV applications.
Advik’s recent acquisition of Germany-based Powersports MTG, a leader in clutch and brake master cylinders for both on-road and off-road high-performance motorcycles, strengthens its expertise in both ICE and EV applications across Europe and North America. This acquisition also positions Advik as the sole global supplier of hydraulic brake and clutch master cylinders made from composite materials. All of Advik’s hydraulic brake master cylinders will be fully ABS-compatible, utilizing patented sealing technology from Powersports MTG GmbH, which has been trusted for over 12 years.
Advik’s lithium-ion battery packs are designed to be serviceable, upgradable, and adaptable for a variety of applications. With no welded parts, these battery packs are suitable for second-life usage, supporting sustainability efforts. Initially focused on two-wheelers, Advik plans to expand these solutions across all vehicle categories. The packs also cater to energy storage needs in sectors like telecommunications. Advik’s acquisition of Aceleron Energy, a UK-based innovator in advanced battery technology, strengthens its position in the clean mobility market.
Building on its 2022 partnership with NIKKI, Japan, a global leader in CNG components, Advik aims to transition from being a component supplier to a systems provider. This aligns with India’s goal of a cleaner, greener future and supports the national objective of establishing over 20,000 CNG dispensing stations by 2030. Advik also showcased a variety of products for three-wheeler applications at the Components Show 2025, including high-pressure regulators, low-pressure reduction units, solenoid valves, and filters.
As part of its ADVIK 2.0 and ADVIK Strategy 2025, Advik aims to become a leading supplier of components and systems for ICE, alternative fuel (CNG, LNG, H2), and electric vehicles (MHEV, HEV, PHEV, and BEV). The company focuses on providing technologically advanced solutions in pumps, braking systems, valves, actuators, and alternative fuel systems.
Advik’s Managing Director, Aditya Bhartia, shared, “At Advik, we are committed to shaping the future of mobility through cutting-edge technologies that meet today’s performance needs while contributing to a greener, more sustainable tomorrow.”
With 10 state-of-the-art facilities, two acquisitions, and nine technology partnerships globally, Advik is well-positioned to meet the future demands of the automotive industry. The company has also introduced a new business unit and expanded into lithium-ion battery packs for both mobility and stationary energy storage applications.
