Ador, India’s leading manufacturer of welding consumables, equipment, and automation systems, will present its latest innovations at Schweissen & Schneiden 2025, the world’s premier welding and cutting trade fair, held from 15–19 September in Essen, Germany. Building on the success of its 2023 debut, Ador will introduce the upgraded Rhino E, India’s first battery-powered welder, and the Rhino S, a solar-powered variant designed for off-grid operations.
The Rhino E combines portability with reduced noise and carbon emissions. It features dual input supply, fast charging, variable battery life based on welding current, and mobile app control. Four modular components—battery charger, battery housing, portable welding apparatus, and welding apparatus—are design-registered and patent-protected. The Rhino E is ideal for remote and outdoor welding, and recently earned the India’s Best Design Project 2025 Award, highlighting Ador’s focus on innovation and user-centric design. The Rhino S adds lightweight foldable solar panels, allowing up to 16 panels to recharge the system in about two hours under optimal sunlight while retaining all functions of the Rhino E.
Aditya Malkani, MD & CEO, Ador, said, “With new features and the solar version, we are building on the momentum from Rhino E’s 2023 showcase. Presenting this award-winning technology reinforces our commitment to innovation under the ‘Make, Research & Create’ philosophy. Our expanding portfolio and global distribution network position Ador to meet evolving industry needs and strengthen our presence in Europe and beyond.”
Alongside these innovations, Ador will feature its Diesel Engine Driven Welder with suitcase wirefeed, Mild Steel Flux Core Wire products, Hard Facing Flux Core Wire line, and the advanced 500kg drum pack line delivering twist-free wires from 0.8mm to 2mm. With over 70 years of experience, Ador has established itself as a trusted provider of advanced welding solutions across sectors including power, infrastructure, manufacturing, defence, automotive, shipbuilding, oil and gas, railways, nuclear, and energy. Its international office in Jebel Ali, Dubai, supports a global footprint across 15+ countries, ensuring seamless operations worldwide.
