Acer has expanded its Iconia tablet range in India with the launch of two new models, the Acer Iconia Tab 11 5G and Acer Iconia Tab 12 5G. The new tablets feature large displays, 5G connectivity and support for keyboard and stylus accessories, making them suitable for entertainment, online learning, office work and everyday use.
The Acer Iconia Tab 11 5G comes with a 10.95-inch Full HD IPS display offering a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels, brightness of 450 nits and a 90Hz refresh rate. The Iconia Tab 12 5G features a larger 12.2-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2400 × 1600 pixels, brightness of 400 nits and a 90Hz refresh rate. Its fully laminated display is designed to provide a clear viewing experience for videos, reading and work-related tasks.
Both tablets are powered by the MediaTek MT8755 octa-core processor, which includes two A76 cores running at 2.4GHz and six A55 cores running at 2.0GHz. They are available with 8GB RAM and storage options of 128GB and 256GB, offering users the flexibility to choose according to their needs.
Commenting on the launch, Sudhir Goel, Chief Business Officer at Acer India, said the company aims to provide more connected and versatile devices as consumer expectations from tablets continue to change. He added that the new models combine 5G connectivity, large displays and productivity accessories to support work, learning and entertainment.
Both tablets support 5G, Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2. They also include a USB Type-C port, microSD support and a SIM plus hybrid SIM slot. A fingerprint sensor is provided for convenient and secure access. Users can connect a compatible keyboard flip cover and stylus, while the keyboard cover also supports docking.
The Iconia Tab 11 5G features an 8MP front camera and a 13MP rear camera. The Iconia Tab 12 5G comes with an 8MP front camera, a 16MP rear camera and a 2MP macro camera. The larger model also houses a 10,000mAh battery and supports 9V/2A charging.
The Iconia Tab 11 5G is designed for users seeking a balance between portability, entertainment and everyday productivity. The Iconia Tab 12 5G caters to users who prefer a larger screen for professional tasks, multitasking and content consumption. The Acer Iconia Tab 11 5G starts at ₹23,990 and will be available exclusively through Flipkart and the Acer E-store.
