The equipment on display includes the F 150 Ultra Pick-and-Carry Crane, FT 6040 Flat-Top Tower Crane, AX 124 CEV V Backhoe Loader and ASL 08/12/14 Scissor Lift series.
The F 150 Ultra is part of ACE’s Ultra Series of NextGen Pick-and-Carry Cranes and features in-house safety systems designed to automatically respond when operating parameters exceed defined limits. The crane incorporates the Safe Crane Operation System (SCOS), Advanced Load Sensing System (ALSS) and Remote Articulation Stability (RAS).
SCOS prevents overload conditions by permitting only safe crane movements, including boom lifting, boom retraction and block lowering. The system is designed to reduce operator error, while overrides are accessible only through the ACE Live mobile application. ALSS automatically shifts the machine into low-speed 4WD when a load above 600 kg is lifted, restricting high-speed travel while carrying a load. RAS adjusts the safe working load according to the crane’s straight and steered positions to improve stability during articulation.
ACE is also showcasing the FT 6040, a 60-metre flat-top tower crane with automation upgrades and advanced sensor integration. Its modular architecture, high-strength lightweight materials and real-time digital monitoring support load management, stability and anti-collision functions for construction sites, including congested and high-wind locations. ACE has also introduced its first Passenger and Material Hoist, powered by a 32 kW motor and supported by a galvanised 650×650 mm mast.
The AX 124 CEV V Backhoe Loader is powered by a Tata 74 HP CEV V-compliant engine, delivering 345 Nm of torque and claimed fuel efficiency improvement of 15% over predecessor models. A Carraro axle transmission system provides power delivery across varied terrain. Its dual hydraulic pump system delivers 118 LPM flow at 210 bar, while the backhoe arm provides 4,000 kg of dipper tearout force.
The ASL 08/12/14 Scissor Lift series is designed for construction, warehousing, industrial and facility management applications. The electric platforms feature AC brushless drive technology, zero-emission operation, low noise and AGM or Li-ion battery options. High-strength decks, robust double-grip tyres and low-maintenance design support operation in demanding job-site conditions.
