Vecros Made Strong Debut at LogiMAT with Launch of ‘WareView’, an Autonomous Drone-Based Inventory Management Solution

Vecros, a Bengaluru-based robotics startup founded in 2018, Founded by Besta Prem Sai, Founder & CEO, marked its first-ever participation at LogiMAT with the launch of WareView, an end-to-end autonomous inventory management solution designed to transform warehouse operations. The company received an encouraging response from industry stakeholders, reflecting growing interest in intelligent, drone-enabled warehouse automation.

Vecros operates across three key verticals—warehouse automation, construction robotics, and defence solutions. Over the past five years, the company has steadily built a reputation for innovation, backed by over 42 patents, and recognition on Shark Tank India Season 3, where it also received funding from entrepreneur Aman Gupta. To date, Vecros has raised significant funding to support its technology development and market expansion.

At LogiMAT, Vecros unveiled WareView, a fully autonomous, drone-based inventory management system that offers real-time visibility and data-driven insights for warehouses. Designed as a complete end-to-end solution, WareView integrates autonomous drones, proprietary software, and advanced analytics to help warehouses optimize inventory accuracy, reduce errors, and improve decision-making speed.

WareView operates through a one-click autonomous workflow. Once activated, the drone automatically takes off, navigates through warehouse aisles, captures high-resolution images of inventory, and lands back at its charging station—all without any human operator. The drone charging process is also fully autonomous, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

The system processes real-time data by analysing captured images alongside existing warehouse records such as Excel sheets and inventory logs. WareView then provides actionable insights, including identifying empty storage locations, calculating optimal reorder quantities, and estimating daily order fulfillment capacity. This intelligence enables warehouse managers to make faster, more accurate operational decisions.

According to Vecros, the implementation of WareView has helped warehouses reduce inventory errors from nearly 10% to as low as 1%, while significantly improving inventory accuracy to up to 99.9%. These improvements translate into reduced losses, better space utilization, and enhanced overall warehouse efficiency.

“Warehouses today need more than just automation—they need intelligence,” said Besta Prem Sai, Founder & CEO of Vecros. “With WareView, we are enabling warehouses to move from manual audits and fragmented data to a fully autonomous, insight-driven inventory system. The response at LogiMAT has reinforced our belief that the industry is ready for this shift.”

Vecros aims to deploy its solutions in over 100 warehouses in the coming years, aligning with its long-term vision of embedding drones, software, and robotic systems seamlessly into industrial workflows. The company’s broader mission over the next decade is to help warehouses and industries make faster, smarter decisions by leveraging robotics and real-time data intelligence.

Developed by graduates from IIT Delhi and NIT Nagpur, Vecros continues to focus on innovation-driven solutions that address real-world operational challenges. Its participation at LogiMAT marks an important milestone in the company’s growth journey, positioning Vecros as a promising player in the global warehouse automation and robotics ecosystem.
