BotSync participated in LogiMAT 2026, where it showcased its approach to simplifying industrial automation by enabling multiple robots and automation systems to be managed through a single platform. The exhibition provided BotSync with the opportunity to engage with manufacturers, system integrators, and logistics players from across regions.
Founded in 2017 by four students from NTO as a research project, BotSync initially focused on developing robots for research and educational institutions. Over time, the company transitioned into industrial automation, addressing challenges observed in real manufacturing and warehouse environments.
As BotSync expanded into industrial robot manufacturing, it identified a common issue across facilities, automation systems from different vendors often operated independently, with limited coordination. Managing these systems typically required multiple software platforms and technical expertise, making large-scale automation difficult to operate and maintain.
To address this, BotSync developed SyncOS, its no-code, vendor-agnostic automation platform. SyncOS enables AMRs, AGVs, and other automation equipment, including fixed systems such as strapping machines, to be integrated and controlled through a single interface. The platform is designed to simplify automation management without requiring coding or vendor-specific configurations.
In addition to software, BotSync also offers its own range of autonomous mobile robots and automated guided vehicles. The company currently has seven robot models designed for various industrial applications, including material movement and intralogistics. These robots are built to operate in mixed automation environments and integrate seamlessly with SyncOS.
BotSync is headquartered in Singapore, with a regional office in India and additional offices in Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, and South Africa. The company has active deployments across these regions and is planning to expand into the US market this year.
Reflecting on the company’s participation at LogiMAT 2026, Vedika Agarwal, Marketing Manager at BotSync, said, “LogiMAT has been a strong platform for us to understand how manufacturers are currently approaching automation. Many visitors came with specific use cases and operational challenges, which led to very focused discussions at our booth.”
She noted that integration and ease of operation were recurring themes in conversations with visitors. “A large part of the discussion was around how different robots and automation systems can work together and how much effort it takes to manage them. This is exactly the gap SyncOS is designed to address,”Vedika added.
She also highlighted the value of industry interaction beyond customer engagement. “Interacting with other exhibitors gave us good visibility into how automation solutions are evolving and where collaboration opportunities exist. It helped us better position our solutions within the larger automation ecosystem.”
According to BotSync, the response at LogiMAT 2026 was encouraging, with several discussions progressing toward follow-up meetings and technical evaluations. “The level of interest and the quality of conversations indicate a growing demand for practical, easy-to-manage automation systems,”Vedika said.
BotSync’s participation at LogiMAT 2026 helped the team better understand current industry needs and expectations. The event allowed meaningful discussions with customers and partners, confirmed interest in their solutions, and opened doors for future collaborations. The feedback and insights gained at the exhibition will support BotSync as it continues to refine its products and expand into new markets.
