Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (ASMS) has announced the expansion of its agri-supply and aggregation platform, AYOU, into Hyderabad. The move marks a key step in scaling its post-harvest infrastructure and strengthening market linkages under Project AVIO Agritech.
Following its investment in Shree NagaNarasimha Pvt Ltd (SNN), which operates the AYOU platform, ASMS has worked to extend operations beyond Bengaluru. The Hyderabad rollout represents the next phase of this expansion, with progress already made in onboarding supply partners, securing warehouse facilities, and building relationships with buyers across quick commerce, modern retail, and institutional segments. Commercial operations are expected to begin in early May 2026.
AYOU has established a strong operational base in Bengaluru, supported by integrated supply chains and consistent demand from leading quick commerce and retail players. Its existing network includes partnerships with companies such as Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, and Zepto, along with other large-scale buyers. This demand-side integration has enabled efficient operations and reliable supply management.
The Hyderabad expansion is designed to replicate this established model, focusing on structured aggregation, quality control, and technology-driven warehouse operations. With key infrastructure and partnerships already in place, the new location is expected to support efficient sourcing and distribution of fresh produce in a major consumption market.
This development aligns with ASMS’ broader objective of building a distributed agri-commerce ecosystem that combines physical infrastructure with digital systems. The approach aims to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce post-harvest losses, and strengthen connections between farmers and markets.
Vidyasagar Reddy, Managing Director of ASMS, stated that the expansion demonstrates the platform’s readiness for multi-city execution. He added that scaling AYOU across markets is central to building a technology-driven and execution-focused agri-commerce network under Project AVIO Agritech.
AYOU sources fresh produce directly from farmers and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), supplying to quick commerce platforms, retail chains, and institutional buyers across India.VASMS operates as a rural financial inclusion and technology company focused on developing integrated rural commerce and agri-tech platforms. Through Project AVIO, it continues to expand its efforts in building efficient, scalable, and technology-enabled agricultural ecosystems.
