Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has received a purchase order from Central Electronics Limited for the deployment of its Access Genie AI platform within the Telangana Arogyasree healthcare ecosystem. The engagement marks an important step in the company’s expansion into public sector healthcare technology. Under the scope of the order, BCSSL will deploy its AI-driven platform across programme facilities and support field-level assessments and end-user survey activities.

The financial details of the contract have not been disclosed due to commercial considerations. The company indicated that further disclosures will be made in accordance with regulatory requirements. The deployment is expected to establish a foundation for broader adoption of AI-led solutions in government healthcare programmes. By implementing its platform within the Telangana Arogyasree system, BCSSL aims to demonstrate scalable use cases that could be extended to similar initiatives across other states.

Access Genie is designed to enhance operational oversight and security through a combination of artificial intelligence and real-time analytics. Its features include contactless identity verification using facial recognition, iris scanning and fingerprint authentication, along with monitoring capabilities that identify unusual behaviour, security risks and operational inefficiencies.

The platform also incorporates tools for detecting incidents such as falls or distress situations, supporting faster response in healthcare environments. Edge-based AI processing combined with a centralised dashboard allows real-time alerts and coordinated management across multiple locations.

In addition, the system provides insights into crowd movement, zone activity and facility usage patterns, helping administrators improve efficiency and resource allocation. The modular design of the platform enables deployment across multiple sites, supporting scalability for large public healthcare programmes. The company believes that the implementation will contribute to improved patient safety, enhanced security for healthcare workers and more efficient operations through data-driven decision-making.

Founded in 1991, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions operates across multiple regions including India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE and Singapore. The company focuses on AI-driven solutions spanning healthcare, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure. The project is expected to strengthen BCSSL’s position in the public healthcare technology space while supporting the broader adoption of intelligent systems in government-led programmes.
