Rajdhani Group has inaugurated a new CNC end-fitting manufacturing unit along with the Rajdhani Excellence Lab at its facility in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The development strengthens the company’s capabilities in hydraulic hose assemblies, CNC-manufactured fittings, and testing systems for components used in mining, infrastructure, and heavy equipment applications.

The newly established facility includes a dedicated innovation and testing laboratory designed to validate the performance and durability of hydraulic hose assemblies and related components. The laboratory is equipped with several advanced testing systems. These include an abuse test machine used to evaluate the endurance of hose assemblies, as well as a burst pressure testing system that verifies the ability of hydraulic hoses to withstand high pressure conditions.

To assess corrosion resistance, the lab also includes a salt spray test bench, which evaluates the performance of plated components in harsh environmental conditions. Additional inspection tools installed at the facility include go/no-go gauges for thread inspection, a vision measuring machine for precise dimensional analysis of fittings, and a hardness testing system to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials.

The laboratory also supports specialized testing procedures such as flame resistance testing for hydraulic hoses and abrasion resistance evaluation for outer hose covers. These tests are designed to verify product durability and ensure reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.

The facility’s innovation centre focuses on the design and development of hydraulic components including hoses, end fittings, tee adapters, metal tube assemblies, and integrated hydraulic systems used in mining and heavy equipment. The inauguration ceremony was attended by several industry leaders including Arun Misra, Chief Executive Officer of Hindustan Zinc Limited, and Shashi Kant Khetan, Chairman and Managing Director of SK Khetan Group.

Other participants included Kishore Kumar, Chief Operating Officer of Hindustan Zinc Limited; Arup Chandra, Head of Aftermarket – Hard Rock at Komatsu; Kailashpati, Chief Technical Officer of SK Khetan Group; along with representatives from Epiroc, Normet, and Moglix. Rajdhani specializes in manufacturing complete hydraulic assembly systems, producing both hoses and couplings designed to function together as compatible components.

Its product portfolio includes industrial and hydraulic hoses, high-pressure spiral hoses such as the 2-inch R15 series, choke and kill hoses, stainless steel corrugated hoses, hose fittings, tube fittings, quick-release couplings, metal tube assemblies, and hose kits used in industrial machinery.

The company’s primary manufacturing plant is located in Udaipur, with additional production facilities established in Raniganj, Ramagundam, and Chandrapur. The new CNC unit also supports the company’s strategy of backward integration, enabling in-house production of end fittings.

Rajdhani has also introduced new demonstration equipment and testing technologies for hydraulic components. During EXCON 2025, the company conducted a live demonstration of hose burst pressure testing and presented new crimping and marking machines. The company has also signed memoranda of understanding for the development of six additional manufacturing plants across India as part of its expansion plans.

Founded in 2015 by Sourav Sikhwal, Rajdhani Group began operations in a 1,000-square-foot facility with a single crimping machine and a small team. Today the company operates a 20,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and exports products to more than 15 countries through a dealer network of over 800 partners.
