BMW Ventures Limited, a leading steel distributor and manufacturer of fabricated steel products in Eastern India, has secured its largest fabricated steel products contract to date, valued at ₹336 crore, for a project with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). The order marks a significant step in the company’s expansion into large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.

The contract is part of a wider project opportunity estimated at ₹3,141 crore, with additional orders expected to be pursued over the next 10 to 12 months. The development represents a major scale-up in BMW Ventures’ operations and strengthens its position in the growing fabricated steel segment.

The new order highlights the company’s ability to execute complex structural steel projects. BMW Ventures operates an RDSO-approved fabrication facility and has an installed capacity exceeding 24,000 metric tonnes of fabricated steel products annually. These capabilities enable the company to deliver large, engineering-intensive structures efficiently and at scale. The project also supports the company’s strategy of increasing its focus on higher-margin fabricated steel solutions.

Following the order, BMW Ventures’ consolidated fabricated steel products order book has grown to 8,805 tonnes, up 49 percent from 5,909 tonnes reported as of December 31, 2025. The broader project pipeline is expected to improve revenue visibility over the medium term and reflects increasing demand for pre-engineered structural solutions across Eastern India.

Nitin Kishorepuria, Managing Director of BMW Ventures Limited, said the order represents an important milestone in the company’s growth journey. He noted that the contract demonstrates BMW Ventures’ engineering expertise, manufacturing strength, and integrated steel supply model. He added that the company’s backward integration helps manage price volatility and ensures reliable supply, factors that are increasingly important in large infrastructure projects.

BMW Ventures Limited has more than three decades of experience in steel distribution and fabrication, including pre-engineered buildings and RDSO-approved steel girders. Headquartered in Patna, the company operates six stockyards and serves 29 districts across Eastern India through a network of more than 1,200 dealers. With modern manufacturing units and growing project mandates, BMW Ventures is positioning itself to play a larger role in infrastructure and industrial development across the region, supported by increasing demand for advanced structural steel solutions.
