Bartronics India Limited (BIL), a rural financial inclusion and technology-focused company, reported a robust operating and financial performance for the third quarter and nine months ended FY26, reflecting steady execution of its transformation roadmap and early revenue traction from agri-trade and agri-tech initiatives.

For Q3 FY26, the Company reported revenue of ₹48.34 crore, representing a 289% quarter-on-quarter increase from ₹12.4 crore in Q2 FY26. The growth was driven by stable performance in the core financial inclusion business along with incremental contributions from agri-linked activities. Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹2.45 crore, marking a 144% increase and highlighting improved operating leverage and a turnaround from earlier periods.

For the nine months ended FY26, Bartronics recorded revenue of ₹69.57 crore, a year-on-year growth of 123%. Net profit rose to ₹3.90 crore, up 381% from ₹0.81 crore in the corresponding period last year. The performance reflects steady transaction-led income from financial inclusion services, complemented by higher-margin agri-trade activities built on the same rural distribution network.

The Company’s financial inclusion operations continue to form the backbone of its business, spanning seven banking partners, close to 5,000 villages and 10 states. During FY26, Bartronics expanded beyond banking into agri-trade and agri-tech through the rollout of Project AVIO, supported by focused partnerships and targeted execution. These initiatives are now contributing to revenues, validating the Company’s integrated rural platform approach.

Commenting on the results, Vidhya Sagar Reddy, Managing Director, Bartronics India Limited, said that the financial inclusion business continues to provide a stable and profitable base, while agri-tech and agri-trade initiatives are beginning to scale. He added that with Project AVIO and the partnerships in place, the Company’s focus remains on disciplined execution to convert its rural reach into sustainable growth and long-term value.

As part of its agri-tech expansion, Bartronics has signed an acquisition MoU with AYOU (Shree NagaNarasimha Pvt. Ltd.), an agri-trade company engaged in sourcing, aggregation and supply of agricultural produce to modern trade and quick-commerce platforms. The proposed acquisition is expected to strengthen Bartronics’ on-ground agri-trade capabilities and accelerate monetisation of its rural footprint, subject to customary approvals and definitive agreements.

In addition, the Company has entered into a strategic partnership with Origo, a pan-India post-harvest and agri-infrastructure platform. The collaboration aims to integrate warehousing, warehouse receipt financing and commodity trading with Bartronics’ rural network to enable scalable and efficient agri-trade operations. With a profitable core business, early momentum in agri monetisation and clearly defined execution partnerships, Bartronics believes it is well positioned for its next phase of growth, driven by operating leverage, disciplined execution and long-term value creation.
