Prima Power India maintained its lasting presence at IMTEX FORMING 2026, held from 21 to 25 January at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre in Bengaluru. At Hall 5, Booth C101, the company exhibited a selection of integrated systems for laser cutting, punching, and bending operations. These modular configurations support manufacturers assemble production lines, starting from standalone machines and progressing to complete automated setups.

The BCe Smart 2220 anchored Prima Power’s showcase, an automatic panel bender that the company positions as a solution for productivity challenges in panel fabrication. The machine incorporates rapid changeover capability, allowing operators to switch between different parts within seconds.

The BCe Smart 2220 uses servo-electric technology and angle-correction intelligence to maintain bend quality across production batches. Ujjwwal Kumar Mishra, Regional Manager at Prima Power, described the BCe Smart 2220 as a strategic tool that enables greener, more sustainable and competitive manufacturing.

In addition to sheet metal solutions, Prima Power also presented its LASERDYNE® system. Designed for precision laser drilling and welding applications in the aerospace sector, the technology supports high-accuracy processing of complex components where quality, repeatability, and process control are critical. The showcase marked Prima Power’s capabilities beyond conventional fabrication, addressing advanced manufacturing needs in vibrant markets and engineering industries of India.

“IMTEX FORMING provides us with an important platform to engage directly with Indian manufacturers and understand their evolving production requirements,” said Dharmendra Nautiyal, Managing Director of Prima Power India. “Our focus remains on delivering technologies that address real shop floor challenges, improving material utilisation, reducing setup times, and enhancing part consistency.”

The exhibition served as a platform to recognise industry leadership. Dharmendra Nautiyal, Managing Director, Prima Power India, was felicitated as one of the Machine Maker 25 Voices of 2025 for his contribution to the Indian manufacturing sector. The award was presented by Veronica Just, Vice President at Millutensil Innovation SRL, emphasising the company’s role in advancing growth and innovation.

For visitors, IMTEX FORMING 2026 provided direct observation of equipment operation and process use cases. Prima Power’s demonstrations aimed to show how current automation and precision technologies function in production contexts, where consistency, uptime, and integration with existing workflows determine equipment value.

The five-day exhibition connected suppliers with decision-makers from industries where automation and sheet metal processing form a significant part of manufacturing operations. Prima Power’s eighth consecutive participation reflects the company’s sustained engagement with India’s manufacturing sector and its approach to supporting industrial development through technology access and support infrastructure.
