CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH, has opened its first Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) Brandstore in South India at Tiruchirappalli, strengthening its service and customer support network in Tamil Nadu. The new facility marks an important step in expanding CASE’s direct presence in the region.
Located on the Trichy–Dindugal Road, the Brandstore provides easier access for customers across key construction markets such as Ariyalur, Perambalur, Thanjavur, Madurai, Tirunelveli and nearby districts. The location enables faster service response and improved support in areas witnessing sustained infrastructure activity.
Emre Karazli, Vice President – Construction Segment, CASE Construction Equipment, said, “India is one of CASE’s most important global markets, not only due to the scale of infrastructure growth but also because of its contribution to our global operations. The Trichy COCO Brandstore allows us to work more closely with customers in the region and further strengthens India’s role within CASE worldwide.”
The facility spans around 5,300 sq. ft. and includes two service bays, a fully equipped workshop, and a warehouse stocking nearly 700 spare parts lines. It is supported by trained service engineers, mobile service vans, and modern diagnostic equipment to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
Shalabh Chaturvedi, Managing Director, CASE Construction Equipment – India & SAARC, said, “Tamil Nadu continues to see strong demand across road, irrigation, industrial and public infrastructure projects. Tiruchirappalli is a strategically important market, and this COCO Brandstore helps us stay closer to customers while delivering consistent service and parts support. It also strengthens our ability to meet growing service expectations across southern India.”
The Tiruchirappalli Brandstore displays Stage V-compliant machines and offers genuine spare parts support for customers across Tamil Nadu. Additional parts support is provided through the Tirunelveli branch, further improving service coverage in the region.
CASE, a global construction equipment brand established in 1842, has been operating in India since 1989. The company has maintained leadership in the vibratory compactor segment and remains a major player in the backhoe loader market.
