Sattrix Information Security Limited (BSE: 544189) announced that it has received initial work orders to provide managed Security Operations Center (SOC) services to Hitachi Systems India Private Limited. The work orders are issued under the Partner Managed Services Agreement executed between the two companies on December 2, 2025.

Under the agreement, Sattrix will deliver fully managed SOC services to Hitachi’s customers through a white-label model. While the services will be marketed under the Hitachi brand, end-to-end service delivery, monitoring, and support will be handled by Sattrix.

The engagement covers round-the-clock SOC operations, including continuous threat monitoring, proactive detection, and rapid incident response. The services are designed to help organizations safeguard critical digital assets against evolving cyber threats while allowing customers to focus on core business activities.

The managed services are powered by Sattrix’s proprietary Advanced Cyber Security Defence Technology platform, which integrates security information and event management (SIEM), security orchestration and automated response (SOAR), user behavior analytics, threat intelligence, and machine learning capabilities. The partnership enables Hitachi Systems India to expand its managed security offerings without building in-house SOC infrastructure, while leveraging Sattrix’s technical expertise and operational capabilities.

Commenting on the collaboration, Sachhin Gajjaer, Managing Director of Sattrix Information Security Limited, said the agreement reflects confidence in the company’s cybersecurity platform and delivery capabilities. He added that the partnership allows Hitachi to scale its security services efficiently while relying on Sattrix’s specialized technology and experience.

Founded in 2013, Sattrix Information Security Limited provides cybersecurity solutions across India, the United States, the Middle East, and Malaysia, offering cloud-based and on-premise services focused on protecting digital assets, ensuring compliance, and supporting business continuity.
