Affordable Robotic and Automation Limited (ARAPL), the first robotics-focused company listed in India, announced that its confirmed order backlog has surpassed ₹140 crore as of late November 2025, marking the strongest booking position in the company’s history. This compares with an order book of approximately ₹120 crore at the same time last year, reflecting rising demand for automation in both industrial and infrastructure sectors.

A large portion of the current orders comes from long-standing enterprise clients, including leading automotive manufacturers such as Bajaj and Mahindra & Mahindra Group, as well as Tier-1 suppliers. The company has also secured multiple automation and smart infrastructure assignments from real estate developers including Avni, Rustomjee and Sankrit. Approximately 80 percent of active contracts are repeat engagements, and most are scheduled for execution by March 2026. Alongside confirmed orders, ARAPL reports a healthy pipeline that is expected to continue converting over upcoming quarters.

In the first half of FY26, ARAPL successfully delivered projects worth ₹42.60 crore, demonstrating strong execution capability and scalable manufacturing operations. Chairman Milind Padole said the growing order base signals a defining moment for the company. He noted that the shift toward intelligent manufacturing, warehouse automation and urban mobility solutions in India, combined with emerging international opportunities, especially in the United States, is shaping a new growth phase for the organisation.

With a solid backlog, ongoing execution, and new business momentum, ARAPL anticipates continued revenue expansion and improved margins going forward. The order pipeline is expected to support a strong beginning to the next financial year and ensure smooth continuity of work beyond FY26.

ARAPL’s expansion in the United States under its HUMRO automation brand is also contributing to international traction. HUMRO has begun converting Proof-of-Concept deployments into commercial engagements and has secured orders for eight autonomous units on a Robotics-as-a-Service model valued at ₹7.3 crore, with a projected internal rate of return of roughly 65 percent. Interest from North American technology system integrators is rising, indicating growing acceptance of India-developed robotics platforms in advanced markets.

HUMRO focuses on autonomous mobile robotics designed for logistics, warehousing, production environments and industrial shippers. The platform integrates patented navigation technology, proprietary fleet software and enterprise-grade systems, with ownership models including leasing, subscription and perpetual licensing. This approach supports modernisation and scalability without significant upfront capital requirements.

Affordable Robotic & Automation Limited was founded in 2005 and operates from Pune with additional facilities including a regional service office in Faridabad.
