DXP Enterprises, Inc (NASDAQ: DXPE) has finalized the purchase of Pump Solutions, Inc, a Texas-based company established in 1999 and operating from four locations across the state. The newly acquired business specializes in pumps, controls, and repair services tailored to the needs of the water and wastewater sector. The transaction was financed using DXP’s existing cash reserves, further strengthening the company’s presence in one of its core regional markets.

David Little, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DXP, said the agreement brings another strong player into the company’s water and wastewater operations, emphasizing that Pump Solutions is recognized for its service-first approach backed by strong technical capabilities. He highlighted that the company’s strong positioning in Texas aligns well with DXP’s strategic priorities and customer-focused mission.

The definitive agreement was signed on December 1, 2025. For the twelve months ended September 31, 2025, Pump Solutions achieved revenue of roughly $36.8 million. According to Little, the addition will support ongoing commercial strategies while bringing skilled professionals who will enhance the organization’s ability to support customers with broader resources.

DXP’s Chief Financial Officer, Kent Yee, noted that this marks the fifteenth acquisition under the company’s water-focused expansion initiative. He welcomed the Pump Solutions workforce to the DXP family and described the deal as an important milestone in building a comprehensive portfolio for water and wastewater applications. Yee stated that the combination will strengthen service capabilities, scale operations within Texas, and generate long-term benefits for clients, employees, and shareholders. He added that the company is entering 2026 with continued enthusiasm for future growth opportunities.
