TVS Supply Chain Solutions, a global supply chain services provider, has announced continued strong growth in its North American operations, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 20% over the past four years. The company now aims to scale its North American revenue to $500 million.
To support this expansion, TVS SCS North America has opened a new 225,000-square-foot facility in Waterloo, Iowa. The custom-built site marks a significant addition to the company’s footprint in the U.S. Midwest and is designed to provide key services like value-added assembly, kitting, sequencing, and just-in-time delivery for manufacturers and other clients.
“This new facility is built for the future,” said Ravi Viswanathan, Managing Director of TVS Supply Chain Solutions. “With 95% of the capacity already booked, it’s clear there’s strong demand for our services. The site uses automation and robotics to improve efficiency and speed, helping us meet the evolving needs of our customers and continue growing in the U.S.”
The launch event was attended by Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds and Waterloo Mayor Quentin Hart, who both noted the importance of the facility in supporting the state’s role in manufacturing and logistics.

The Waterloo facility includes 6,800 square feet of office space, a driver’s lounge, 30 loading docks, and two drive-in doors. It is TVS SCS’s second location in Iowa, joining its Iowa City site. A third facility—also 225,000 square feet—is currently under construction in the same region and is expected to open next quarter.
