Manar Tools Private Limited, a fast-growing name in precision cutting tool manufacturing, is set to participate in EMO Hannover 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for production technology, at Hall 4, Stand C51. For Manar Tools, EMO is more than just an exhibition, it is a symbol of how far the company has come in just over a decade.
Founded in 2011 by Vishal Telge, Manar Tools began as a small proprietary firm inspired by insights gained during a visit to EMO Europe. While working in his family’s established carbide cutting tool business, he identified the emerging demand for PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) tools and decided to carve out a new journey in this niche. What started with experiments on a scrap machine soon developed into a specialized manufacturing unit, supported by strategic investments in advanced technology from Europe and Japan.
The company’s big leap came in 2018, when it introduced India’s first laser cutting tool machine, the 34th such machine in the world and the first in Asia, marking a significant technological milestone for Indian cutting tool manufacturing. This bold move set the stage for Manar Tools to establish itself as a leader in high-performance PCD, CBN, and carbide tools. Over the years, the company has expanded its infrastructure with seven advanced laser machines, more than 80 conventional machines, and a state-of-the-art 42,000 sq. ft. facility at Shirwal, Maharashtra. Today, Manar Tools employs over 160 skilled professionals across manufacturing, R&D, quality, sales, and operations, blending automation with human expertise to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
Manar Tools’ product portfolio spans a wide spectrum of tooling needs: PCD, CBN, and CVD tools and inserts; solid carbide tools; gun drills and heads; indexable tools; boring bars; and grooving tools. The range includes reamers, drills, end mills, ball nose tools, micro boring tools, chip breaker inserts, and custom geometries designed for complex applications. These tools cater to diverse industries such as automotive, aerospace, oil and gas, medical, electronics, lens manufacturing, jewellery, and general engineering.
The company’s EMO journey is a story of evolution. From being a curious visitor at EMO, where the idea of entering PCD tooling first took to becoming a confident exhibitor in 2023, Manar Tools has leveraged the platform to understand global trends, benchmark its capabilities, and expand its international presence. Although its first participation at EMO 2023 did not immediately yield results, within a year the company began receiving steady orders from Europe, reinforcing the importance of global exhibitions in building long-term relationships.
Returning to EMO Hannover 2025, Manar Tools now comes with stronger capabilities, a wider portfolio, and ambitious growth plans. The company is exploring expansion into Europe, Singapore, and Malaysia, underlining its commitment to becoming a truly global partner for cutting solutions. EMO serves as both a reflection of this journey and a launchpad for its next chapter.
Reflecting on this milestone, Vishal Telge, Director of Manar Tools, said, “Our journey with EMO has been transformational. From visiting the exhibition to gain knowledge, to exhibiting on the world stage, it has shaped our vision and growth. EMO Hannover 2025 is an opportunity for us to showcase our products adn also our belief that Indian companies can stand shoulder to shoulder with the best in the world by delivering precision, quality, and innovation.”
Manar Tools’ growth story is rooted in consistency, innovation, and vision. With its participation at EMO Hannover 2025, Manar Tools reinforces its commitment to pushing boundaries in cutting tool manufacturing while building bridges with global customers and partners.
