The Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association (IMTMA) announced the appointment of its new office bearers for the year 2025–2026 at the 79th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru. Mohini Kelkar, Director – Business Development, Grind Master Machines Pvt Ltd, has been elected as President of IMTMA.
Vikram Salunke, Managing Director, Accurate Gauging & Instruments Pvt Ltd, has been elected as Vice President of IMTMA. The newly formed Executive Committee for 2025–2026 will lead the Association in driving industry growth and strategic initiatives.
Founded in 1946, the Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association (IMTMA) is the apex body representing the Indian machine tool industry. With a membership base of over 500 companies from both public and private sectors, IMTMA members manufacture a wide range of metal cutting and metal forming machines, accessories, cutting tools, and related equipment.
IMTMA actively contributes to the industry’s progress through policy advocacy, exhibitions, training, research, knowledge-sharing platforms, and skill development initiatives. The Association has also established the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), a state-of-the-art green facility for exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
