L&T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT) announced the acquisition of power module design assets from Fujitsu General Electronics (FGEL), Japan. The transaction includes R&D equipment, design patents, and intellectual property related to advanced power module technologies.

It significantly enhances our intellectual property portfolio and design expertise, reinforcing our commitment to deliver world-class semiconductor solutions,” said Sandeep Kumar, Chief Executive of LTSCT.
The deal is expected to accelerate LTSCT’s expansion into power electronics design and broaden its offerings across industrial, energy, and automotive applications.
