Power management leader Eaton introduced a suite of advanced solutions for challenging and hazardous environments at Automation Expo 2025, held in Mumbai from August 11 to 14. The lineup includes the CEAG VLL Series Ex Lights, B-Line series support systems, Flextray system, MTL Zone Guardian series, and the Crouse-Hinds ROI LED lighting calculator.
Philipose Jacob, Country Director – GEIS, India, Eaton, said, “We are committed to advancing India’s industrial capabilities with innovative, locally manufactured solutions. These new products will enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability in critical sectors including data centers, oil and gas, chemical processing, and renewable energy.”
Eaton’s CEAG VLL Series Ex Lights are designed for maximum durability and safety in hazardous environments. These explosion-proof LED linear fixtures are engineered to withstand extreme operating conditions while delivering efficient lighting performance. The series will be manufactured at Eaton’s advanced facility in Chennai, reinforcing the company’s commitment to localized production and timely supply for industrial customers.
The B-Line Series Support Systems provide robust cable management and structural support solutions for industries exposed to corrosive or explosive atmospheres. Built for demanding oil, gas, and chemical environments, these systems ensure both safety and reliability while simplifying installation and long-term maintenance.
For modern data centers, Eaton offers the Flextray System, a wire-mesh cable tray that combines modularity with ease of installation. Its open design improves airflow and facilitates quick cable routing, making it ideal for facilities that require adaptable and scalable infrastructure to meet evolving technology needs.
The MTL Zone Guardian Series introduces advanced surge protection for AC and DC systems, with a particular focus on renewable energy applications. By guarding against transient overvoltage, these devices protect sensitive equipment, extend asset life, and improve overall system resilience in power-critical environments.
Completing the lineup is the Crouse-Hinds ROI LED Lighting Calculator and Eaton’s OT Cybersecurity Portfolio. The calculator offers organizations a data-driven way to measure potential energy savings, maintenance cost reductions, and return on investment for lighting upgrades. Meanwhile, the cybersecurity suite, which includes the MTL 9202-ETS industrial-grade firewall, provides advanced network segmentation and protection for operational technology systems, helping safeguard critical infrastructure from cyber threats.
Also featured were the new XB15M MEDC Beacon series, fire and gas safety products, CCTV systems, alarms, lighting, and power distribution solutions for process automation. Eaton’s cybersecurity services—covering risk assessments, secure network design, and patch management—were showcased as tools to strengthen cyber resilience and prepare organizations for upcoming Central Electricity Authority (CEA) cybersecurity requirements in the power sector.
Founded in 1911, Eaton serves customers in more than 160 countries with solutions for data centers, utilities, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, aerospace, and mobility. With 2024 revenues nearing $25 billion, the company is focused on sustainable growth through electrification, digitalization, and renewable energy adoption.
