In a significant stride toward advancing international industrial cooperation, Sri City has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with OxAir Pressure Vessels Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, a renowned Australian engineering company specializing in high-performance pressure vessels and gas system technologies. The MoU was formalised by Dr Ravindra Sannareddy, Founder & Managing Director of Sri City, and Ashok Seshasayee, Director of Operations, OxAir India, in the presence of Silai Zaki, Consul-General of Australia, who visited Sri City as part of her official tour.
As part of this strategic collaboration, OxAir will establish its operations within the Sri City Integrated Business City. The move marks a key milestone in OxAir’s Asia-Pacific expansion strategy and underscores Sri City’s rising stature as a hub for advanced manufacturing and industrial innovation.

OxAir brings decades of expertise in designing and producing industrial-grade gas systems, serving vital sectors such as healthcare, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure. The new facility is expected to generate local employment, enable technology transfer, and support India’s growing demand for reliable, high-quality gas generation systems. This MoU also reinforces the strengthening ties between India and Australia, with Sri City continuing to serve as a key enabler of cross-border industrial investment and innovation.
