Tembo Global Industries Limited, a recognized force in industrial engineering and manufacturing, has officially appointed Fatema S Kachwala as its new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 15, 2025. With more than 11 years of experience in financial operations and business strategy, Ms Kachwala holds a Master’s in Commerce from the University of Pune and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business.
Her expertise spans financial planning, budgeting, and HR coordination—skills that are expected to play a vital role in Tembo’s ongoing expansion across its business segments. The board confirmed the appointment following her acceptance and a review of her qualifications and prior impact within the organization.

Founded in 2010, Tembo Global Industries operates in the manufacturing and assembly of metal products for systems such as pipe supports, fasteners, anti-vibration equipment, and HVAC components. Its clientele includes industrial, commercial, and utility sectors, as well as OEMs. The firm also supplies ductile pipes, HDB fittings, and metal sheets, with product certifications from Underwriter’s Laboratory (UL) and FM Approval in the USA for fire safety systems.
