L&T Technology Services Delivers 16% Revenue Growth in Q1 FY26, Boosted by Strong Deal Pipeline and AI Initiatives

L&T Technology Services Limited (LTTS), a leading Indian engineering services firm, reported robust performance for the first quarter of FY26, with consolidated revenue touching ₹2,866 crore—a 16.4% rise year-on-year. In USD terms, revenue reached $335.3 million, registering 13.6% growth over Q1 FY25. The company posted a net profit of ₹315.7 crore, reflecting a modest 0.7% increase compared to the same period last year, while maintaining an EBIT margin of 13.3%.

Continuing its momentum in large deal wins, LTTS secured one deal worth $50 million, three in the $20–30 million range, and six deals above $10 million during the quarter. These new bookings span a range of industries and reflect the growing demand for high-end engineering and digital transformation services.

“Our multi-segment strategy is proving resilient, especially with Sustainability delivering double-digit growth. The first quarter’s performance builds on the momentum from previous quarters. Both the U.S. and European markets contributed to sequential growth,” said Amit Chadha, CEO & MD of LTTS. He highlighted the rising significance of artificial intelligence in the company’s operations, stating that AI is becoming central to LTTS’ client solutions and deal strategies.

The company has filed 206 AI-related patents to date and has launched PLxAI, its proprietary framework designed to accelerate product development lifecycles. Initially incubated within the Mobility segment, PLxAI is now being scaled across verticals using LTTS’ cross-domain innovation model.

LTTS also announced the opening of a new design center in Plano, Texas. The facility will serve as a hub for advanced technologies, including AI and cybersecurity, and will support closer collaboration with North American clients. As of June 30, 2025, LTTS holds 1,550 patents, of which 952 are co-authored with clients. The company’s employee count stands at 23,626 globally.
