Balaji brings with him close to three decades of experience in engineering services and digital transformation.
Throughout his career, he has led large-scale global operations, built high-performing teams, and introduced technology-driven innovations across sectors such as automotive, aerospace and defense, telecommunications, life sciences, and industrial engineering. His appointment reflects ALTEN India’s commitment to strengthening its leadership as the company enters a new phase of strategic growth.
